Problems plaguing the entrepreneurs

Ishaan(single name) who stays at Patna, the state capital of Bihar was perturbed by the problems the entrepreneurs were facing while running their business. He found that most of the entrepreneurs were ignorant about the complexities involved in obtaining permissions from various government departments that often forced them to exit, “I was disturbed to read in newspapers that several youths were ending their lives due to lack of employment opportunities. I found that they wanted to do something but often lack of knowledge and half baked information led to their failures and drove them towards depression and mental fatigues,” he told Chalgenius.

Guiding the entrepreneurs

The youth who has done part of his education in UK thought that solution was to guide the entrepreneurs at each and every step of their business and also to create future entrepreneurs who would not face similar issues, “We decided to train intern from different colleges by providing them with study material that has been designed by us. The interns, after the training, would then sort out the issues being faced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Launched two courses for students

Ishaan launched his company Zaarak Institutional Consultancy Services in March, 2020, “We came up with two courses, Business Accounting and Taxation (BAT) and Fund Management. The BAT course provides a complete gamut of knowledge from incorporating the company to its closure. The course offers a complete course on the problems faced by the company during its operations and the documents that are involved in its operations,” he told Chalgenius.

“The fund management is a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved course and is related to share market. The students are taught how to make investments in stock exchanges in India and abroad. The students are from various colleges who take up part-time courses.”

The trained interns then guide the entrepreneurs in solving their problems at every stage of their business, “Students get paid internship from us while we charge from companies for rendering our services,” Ishaan told Chalgenius.

Aiming for First part-time Private University of India

The entrepreneur plans to start first private university of India which would have no professors but experts working on senior positions in different companies that would teach students in various types of courses, “There would be several courses including sounding engineering, music composition among several others. The courses would be offered both online and offline to students from colleges on part-time basis to create entrepreneurs and also solve problems faced by the enterprises.”
