The beginning
Noida-based Lata Singh, with a working experience of 18 years, left her corporate job in the IT sector to start Meraviglia EQ Academy in July 2018. “During my career I was involved in a lot of leadership programmes and loved those sessions. I believe every individual should get an opportunity to speak up, grow and achieve all their dreams and Life Coaching is the best practice to do so,” Lata Singh, director of Meraviglia EQ Academy told chalgenius.com.
About the founder
Lata is a Certified Life Coach, Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Assessor & Educator, and NLP Practitioner. Through her excellent life coaching skills, she is helping individuals to become successful Kids and Parents Life Coaches .
Her main aim is to create a society of happy and positive human beings. She has diverse experience in training coaches, leaders, executives, teachers, parents and individuals. Her training and coaching style is unique and highly interactive.
She enjoys doing emotional intelligence training and workshops with Coaches, Educators, Corporate leaders and executives as well as individuals. Her main expertise is Emotional Intelligence.
What does Meraviglia EQ Academy do?
It offers Life Coach certification programmes for individuals to become Kids and Parents Life Coaches. It also train Social Emotional Learning skills to teachers, parents and students.
Next, it provides Emotional Intelligence training to help one to practice and use the skill for betterment. Currently, it is focusing on harnessing the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills that are easy to learn and adapt.
What is Social Emotional Learning (SEL)?
This is a skill through which children and adults manage their emotions, set realistic goals, become empathetic, build strong relationships, and make decisions, “We are tying up with schools to teach these skills so as to build students’ mental health and resilience so that as they grow, they are ready to adapt and handle the challenges on their own. They will be able to establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.
