Offering customised services

A Delhi-based company Startup Knack is trying to make it big in the start-up industry by offering customised legal and accounting services to the startups across India.
Founder of Startup Knack Anubhav Bhambri, who founded this company in April 2019, believes that many small companies most of the times do not get tailored legal and accounting services from major law firms as there are no other options. But Startup Knack focuses on giving customised services as per the need of the clients.
Bhambri had invested Rs 2 lakh to launch Startup Knack which is serving many startups on a pan-India basis at present.

Passionate about start-ups

Bhambri is a corporate lawyer and a software engineer who says that he always had passion and interest in the start-ups. “I had observed the startups were not getting customised legal and accounting services in the industry. The start-ups’ requirements are different from other major settled companies. They need different kind of advisory, they have substantial fundraising, their budget is also important.
I felt there should be a different design for the start-ups and keeping in this mind I started Startup Knack,” Bhambri told Chalgenius.
“The best thing I like about start-ups that they are good for civilisation and they are very exciting. Their growth and challenges are completely different,” he says. Before launching the company, he worked as a team lead in the software engineering industry and before that he used to work with an automobile company as a corporate lawyer in Gurgaon.

He says he is also working on a separate application that would bring down cost for the clients. In this, a separate account is created and a team is allotted a startup which delivers accounting and legal services as per the needs of the client.

Future Plans

The company is planning to cater at least one per cent of the startups in India in the next 3-4 years. The company has six staffers as of now. It does not have a website but would have it soon. The company’s sale process was on direct relationship basis which has shifted its focus on online market.
We depute a dedicated relationship manager who tries to understand the client’s needs and then suggest services accordingly.

USP

The main USP is that the clients deal with the senior management of Startup Knack to get maximum attention which they don’t get anywhere else. “We give our clients maximum attention to understand their needs. We have kept our fee affordable as well. We our based out of Delhi but our services are pan India. Startup Knack is having clients in Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Bihar,” he says.
