About the founder of Rang Bahar, Madhu Sarkar
Madhu Sarkar, an accomplished business development and management executive, brings a wealth of experience from her tenure in renowned companies such as AT&T, Oracle, and Microsoft. Her impressive track record includes receiving the esteemed President’s Award at AT&T, a testament to her business development and sales expertise. With a focus on managing major accounts and cultivating successful sales teams, Madhu’s leadership has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of various start-ups.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Presidency College, as well as Master’s degrees in International Banking and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, UK, Management from Queen Margaret University, UK, and Computer Science from Denver University, USA. She currently serves as an educator at both the Kellogg Business School Executive Education and the Kellogg Sales School. Notably, Madhu possesses a deep passion for heritage and the restoration of heritage properties, reflecting her commitment to preserving history and cultural legacies.
