The Beginning

“We could see the pain that people take due to lack of labour safety measures, delays, ambiguity, uncertified experts, shortage of materials and irregular work updates. So we decided to bring in both transparency and efficiency through the medium of technology. We provide a hassle-free process to clients to build their homes, digitizing methods of pre-construction, from material selection, payment gateways and yielding periodic updates on the site,” Sujeet (24), founder of thikedaar.com told chalgenius.com.

Its speciality

Thikedaar.com helps people to view their house virtually even before its construction. People can get architectural plans, 3d views, structural drawings along with site supervision services and assurance on the quality of materials. It aims to digitize and provide all information about pre-construction online. Even before finalizing Thikedaar.com, one can select the desired building materials and get a construction estimate. Infact, if the price of the materials increase then too it wouldn’t affect the previous estimated booking price.
