Failure in love and cheating by cousins inspired this youth from Hyderabad to set up a successful recruitment firm

The urge to fight back after being cheated in love led Hyderabad-based 26-year old Raj Kabra to come up with a recruitment consultancy firm ~ Naukri to All Recruitment Services ~ last year that is currently fetching him a turnover of over Rs 50 lakh. The birth of the consultancy firm

Raj had initially planned to set up a start-up with his lady love and was working towards that direction. However, the world fell apart for Raj when his girlfriend and his cousin cheated upon him. “I was completely shattered and went into acute depression. At a point I felt like ending my life. Suddenly, I don’t know how some positive vibe acted on me and made me believe that a life should not be stopped just because of someone else. I desperately wanted to prove myself before the world and do something of my own. I was extremely stubborn and wanted to show what my calibre was. Finally in February 2020, I started Naukritoall,” Raj told Chalgenius.

The beginning

Raj possessed 8 years of experience in the BPO sector and had worked with 47 companies. To start with, he contacted all those companies and 15 of them were ready to go ahead with the recruitment. “I worked extremely hard. There was something within me that kept pushing me towards the goal. Initially, I did all the work myself, from answering calls of candidates to contacting recruiters. Finally, things kept falling in my favour. During the lockdown many people were left jobless and many HRs contacted me. I created groups and they sent their candidates,” recalled Raj.

Naukritoall gets empanelment with different clients and hires candidates depending upon requirement. From time to time, HRs provide candidates and a talent pool and a pool of potential customers are maintained.

Six months ahead

Six months down the line Naukritoall will have recruitments for 2 lakh job-seekers. Raj is in touch with investors and is confident of meeting his target.
